Open Department
Last week my department had the so-called 'open house' for the whole office. This open house at office concept or now better known as Open Department was first introduced by this very department way back some 5 years ago.

At first every staff member was skeptical of having the idea of an open department for the whole office. "Mana cukup..." was their main concern.

If 'cukup' is the concern, then for sure it'll never get done. How can you make 'cukup' for everybody knowing very well how Malaysians are when it comes to buffet-style feast..?

Anyway, if everybody (the staff of the department) chips in something, it will do enough for everybody to enjoy a lite meal and most importantly meet each other and renew lost acquantances.
